Welcome to Family Connect Care Living, our newest memory care community in Westchester, Los Angeles—where thoughtfully designed homes and personalized care come together.
Set on a little over one acre along a private road, our secure community features four custom-built, state-of-the-art memory care homes, each welcoming a maximum of six residents. This intimate setting allows us to get to know each person—their routines, preferences, life stories, and the things that help them feel at home.

Family Connect Care Living brings together the warmth of a small residential home with the connection of a larger community. Each home offers an intimate environment where residents can build relationships and receive care that respects their individuality.
With just six residents per home, every person is a valued member of the household.

Dementia care is never one-size-fits-all. Each resident brings a different history, personality, and set of needs.
Our approach begins with understanding the person behind the diagnosis. We support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia, and Parkinson’s disease, adapting our approach as their needs evolve.
From assistance with daily routines to reassurance during moments of confusion, our focus is on dignity, comfort, and connection.

Through our signature STIMULI program, residents have opportunities to participate, contribute, and connect in ways that reflect their interests and abilities.
Music, art, movement, conversation, and Neurobics encourage engagement and self-expression. We recognize that a sense of purpose can come from something as simple as helping with a familiar task, sharing a memory, or creating something of their own.
